The perfect home away from home! Centrally located in Hampstead, you can walk the paved trail to the fun awaiting at Kiwanis park, get in a round of golf at Iron Clad Brewery (0.4 miles) or spend the day enjoying Topsail Island (11 miles), one of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Carolinas! Drive to Wilmington (20 miles) and take in a show at the historic Thalian Hall, tour The Battleship North Carolina, stroll through beautiful Airlie Gardens and visit countless shops and restaurants!
The Space
This squeaky clean family home is ready to be relaxed in! The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, large HD Roku television, 2 dressers, large walk-in closet and attached private bath with large garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the third bedroom, which contains a full/twin bunk and twin trundle — perfect for the kids.
There is plenty of space to relax and watch television, play a game, or just visit in the living room. Whether you prefer to eat around the dining room table or at the kitchen bar, you can find everything you need to cook family meals in the fully stocked kitchen. If grilling is your thing, there is also a charcoal grill in the large fenced-in backyard.
Extra blankets can be found in the closets and there are games and children's books to keep your little ones entertained as well.
What You Have Access To
Guests have access to the entire property except the locked garage.

“This was the perfect home for visiting family in Hampstead. We were minutes from them which was very convenient. It was near a main road which was quick access to all and a short drive to Surf City Beach. It was a quiet peaceful clean neighborhood. The home itself was on the smaller side but had a huge feeling. It was very tastefully decorated for a not too beachy, homey feel. The couch was beautiful, large, and yet extremely comfy. The host Will was an absolute delight to correspond with. He was beyond friendly, accommodating, and responsive.”
